Six months at 25% off the per-child rate and the monthly minimum, then auto-converts to standard pricing. Your branded enrolment website (normally R1 000 setup) is included. Both sides commit for 6 months: you and us.

Every tab on the product page: dashboard, parents, children, attendance and the gate kiosk, staff and rooms, curriculum with moments, finance, messages, transport, reports. All roles, unlimited staff and parent accounts, under your own brand.
1% per transaction
The switch that ends the fee chase. Parents pay from their phone, the money arrives already matched to the right child, and receipts send themselves; you never send another "please pay" message. The 1% is deducted at settlement, so there is never an invoice for it. Cash and EFT keep working alongside.

Bulk parent SMS notifications at R80 per month, optional. A branded enrolment website is a R1 000 one-off setup, included free for founding partners.

What does Kreshe cost? +
It depends on what you charge your families. Use the calculator on this page. We charge roughly 0.4% to 2% of your fees as the platform fee. Add-ons: SMS Pack at R80/mo, optional. Branded enrolment website R1 000 one-off setup.
Do I have to use online payments? +
No. The platform is one yes; online payments is a second yes. Run Kreshe purely as a management tool and keep handling parent payments your own way. Most principals switch them on to retire the fee chase: parents pay from their phone, payments match themselves to the right child, and receipts send themselves. If you do, we charge 1% per transaction, deducted at settlement.
Will my parents see "Kreshe" anywhere? +
No. Your parents see your crèche's name, your logo, your colours. Kreshe runs the engine; the brand on it is yours.
Is my crèche's data safe? +
Yes. Hosted on Supabase under a signed Data Processing Agreement. Registered with the Information Regulator (Reg. 2026-010867). POPIA's eight conditions, followed.
Can I cancel? +
Yes. 60 days' notice, either way. Founding partners commit for 6 months in exchange for the discount.
